I am a workplace trainer, facilitator, and author who has worked in office administration, program management, small business, and a host of other areas. In short, this means I have the flexibility to accomplish most any task, with the talent to exceed your workplace training expectations. I have over 10 years of experience in the learning and training field. My training goal is always to make it targeted, relevant, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goals. I also try to make any courses I facilitate fun!

I have a Microsoft Word 2010 Expert certification and have experience in assisting in training staff to handle the transition between Office 2003 and 2007 and Office 2007 and 2010. 

I have also designed and facilitated numerous training courses in soft-skills such as customer service, leadership, and communications.

I am  the founder of GrowingGreatIdeas.com, a website where I share workplace training resources, write articles, and consult on occasion. I am available as-needed as a training consultant and instructional designer.
