I have over 10 years of experience in the learning and training field. My training goal is always to make it targeted, relevant, cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goals. I also try to make any courses I facilitate fun!
I have a Microsoft Word 2010 Expert certification and have experience in assisting in training staff to handle the transition between Office 2003 and 2007 and Office 2007 and 2010.
I have also designed and facilitated numerous training courses in soft-skills such as customer service, leadership, and communications.
